Weekly Reporting & Communication
Our team knows that many problems are avoided with proper communication and process. We have a proven process that we’ve developed for years to make sure nothing falls in the cracks.
After production is planned & kicked off, we meet with our clients every Monday to outline our goals for the week. This is a great time to ensure our expectations are aligned, and client feedback is taken into consideration. Throughout the week, a dedicated project manager is available to answer questions, understand everyone’s needs, and keep the show on track. Then on Fridays, a detailed report is sent to each of our clients. This report explains the work we completed, and includes screencasts to show off new functionality (& educate clients on how to use it).
