Amy was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. She graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Auburn University in Alabama, planning to obtain a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Before deciding on a Master’s program, one of her undergrad professors advised her to work in the field—before spending thousands of dollars on a career that she might not enjoy. This leads her to work as an office manager for a certified mental health counselor.

Amy realized she didn’t desire to become an MFT and has since worked in office settings doing all things billing, HR, and payroll. She would never have thought her career path would change so drastically.

Amy started working for Valet just one year after it “opened” its doors. She couldn’t be happier. Everyone at Valet is fun and light-hearted, yet diligent and hard working. She knows that everyone loves what they do, and it has always been a pleasure to work alongside the team.

She now calls Sarasota, FL home. She lives there with her motorcycle-loving husband, Josh, her two kids, Eleanor and Kingsley, and her little mix pup, Margot Lucille. When she’s not working, you can find her cooking a gourmet meal, running a 5k, or simply coloring with her kiddos.
